FAQ – Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship your items?

From La Rochelle (France), we ship to mainland France, Europe and, upon request and approval from us, to certain countries outside the EU.

What are the delivery times?

We prepare parcels within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the order.

Then:

• In Europe (Colissimo International): generally 3 to 8 working days.

What are the delivery costs?

The charges depend on the weight and destination.

For example:

• In Europe: from around €15 for a small parcel, up to €25–30 for a heavier parcel.
• For the United Kingdom: slightly more expensive (around €17–24), due to post-Brexit formalities.

How are items packaged?

Each item (vinyl, CD, T-shirt) is carefully protected with reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap, bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes to prevent breakage during transport.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, for Colissimo : a tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

What should I do if the parcel does not arrive or is damaged?

Please contact us immediately. We will take the necessary steps with the carrier to report the lost or damaged parcel and offer you a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
